FOR CONGOLESE VISITORS, FOREIGN VISITORS WITH A VISA, AND FOREIGNERS WITH A RESIDENCE PERMIT

To book your visit:

1. Download and complete the visitor form;
2. Send the completed form directly to reservations@visitkahuzibiega.org with a copy of your ID;
3. We will send you a booking confirmation.
4. Payment: payments for the activities chosen during your visit are currently only accepted in cash upon arrival at the reception desk in Tshivanga.

FOR FOREIGN VISITORS WHO DO NOT YET HAVE A VISA

Kahuzi-Biega National Park offers visitors a tourist visa (US$100) that facilitates entry into the Democratic Republic of Congo for a 14-day stay.

To obtain a visa and book your visit:

1. Download and fill the visitor form;
2. Download and fill the visa application form;
3. Return the two completed forms directly to reservations@visitkahuzibiega.org with a copy of your passport;
4. We will send you a letter of invitation;
5. Upon arrival at the Rwandan-Congolese border, show your invitation letter and pay US$100 in cash. 
6. Payment: payments for the activities chosen during your visit are currently only accepted in cash upon arrival in Tshivanga at the reception desk.
